Nicolette has been a licensed massage therapist for 6 years. She received her training at the American Academy of Healing Arts. Nicolette enjoys every aspect of her career; and she enjoys meeting people. Nicolette likes to help people understand how important massage is to their total health. Her goal is to help you have a less stressful life by reducing tension in your body. It's the quality of life that makes us happy.
Types of Massage
- Swedish – Provides relaxation when you want to get away from it all.
- Deep Tissue – Works into muscles deeper and more slowly.
- Muscle Treatment - Uses both Swedish and deep tissue to provide optimal relaxation.
- Pre/Post Natal - Helps ease the aches of your body as it changes as the baby grows and after the baby has been born.
- Sports - Helps athletes with specific areas of need to improve their performance.
